amazing stay with views!

perfect location balloon view

The location is perfect, smack dab in the heart of everything. I loved how close it was to all the main attractions. the rooftop terrace blew my mind. Those early morning hot air balloon views were seriously unreal. staff were pretty good. They helped arrange tours last minute. the breakfast spread was huge with so many tasty options. It totally satisfied my tummy!

The intermittent heating was a bit annoying. I had to ask them to turn it on a couple of times. i hope they can fix it, though

Our family room was spacious with a cave-like setting. I liked it a lot. the room included a spa bath. It was great. it was cleaned up every day.

The hotel has sun terraces and a bar. i saw two big balconies that gave an amazing view of the valley. the roof terrace offers amazing views of hot air balloons. Watching them was so fun!

the staff was helpful, and breakfast had a nice view from the terrace.

The room needed better cleaning. The floor felt sticky, and the mattress lacked adequate support..

insufficient heating icy stairs

the location was close to the bus station.

i did not like that they offered a suite with a jacuzzi, described as a cave. it was a rooftop room. at the end of the year, the heating was not enough. i was cold and the metal stairs to get there were icy.
