Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar serves Northwest cuisine with seasonal ingredients. The chefs use products from local farms, fishermen, and artisans, including ingredients from the on-site chef's garden. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner at the bar, in the dining room, or on the seasonal patio near the stone fireplace. Copperleaf Spirits Classes offer exploration of whiskies and other spirits.
