Upon arrival, the staff stored my luggage. The room included a complimentary mini-bar. Breakfast featured eggs benedict, a choice I enjoyed VERY much.

I carried my heavy suitcase up a lot of steps. There was no assistance available. My view was of a stairwell and it had bright lights. The location meant i could not rest WELL.

The location is good.

The room felt quite small. An air conditioning unit was right outside my window. It kept me awake all night. The blinds also would not close properly because there was no switch for them.

Really good Stay

spacious room really good restaurant amazing location clean room

I found the rooms spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant provided really good meals for both dinner and breakfast. The location proved amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the bathrooms as well as the cleanliness of the room.

I experienced no response to my dissatisfaction, despite multiple attempts to contact management. My room felt too small and I found the hotel air conditioning outlet located outside my window, specifically in room 24, kept me awake during the night. The phone in my room did not function.

The room included a king-size bed with premium bedding and a selection of pillows. The bathroom featured heated floors and provided high-end toiletries and plush towels. I found both to be very elegant.

The hotel offered immediate access to the park and I found multiple dining options within a five-minute walk. Public transportation was easily accessible with bus stops located directly outside the hotel, quite handy.
