My wedding anniversary was special. the hotel offered balloons and champagne. I informed them beforehand. the japanese-style breakfast was authentic and delicious, especially the tofu made fresh daily. i recommend this experience.

the superior queen room had a comfortable low bed. the rainfall shower was heavenly. the cleaning staff left fresh towels and a kimono daily, even when the 'do not disturb' sign was displayed.
the wifi signal was weak in the smoking room and elevator.

During my stay celebrating my wedding anniversary, the staff provided excellent hospitality, even better than some luxury establishments. They prepared balloons and champagne after I informed them beforehand, a wonderful surprise. The authentic Japanese-style breakfast was delicious! I particularly recommend the tofu made fresh daily at the hotel.
The lighting in the room was very dim, which sometimes made it a bit challenging to see clearly, especially when packing. It was something I got used to.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the onsite onsen was a great bonus after exploring all day. It really helped me relax. the hotel has an elevated modern ambiance. I found it very cozy.
the room was not comfortable. it was too small and i felt claustrophobic. the layout of the room was also not well thought out. there was nowhere to store my clothes or suitcases, inconvenient, dust room.
