I found the staff helpful. They arranged luggage forwarding efficiently. The modern design incorporates beautiful elements from traditional architecture. The onsen provided a wonderful way to relax after sightseeing. It was clean and very peaceful. The hotel offered complimentary drinks in the afternoons. This was a nice touch.

the hallways and my room had DIM lighting, it made it difficult to see well enough to pack or use the bathroom.
