the staff are kind, they arranged luggage transfer for me

i was quite disappointed to see the tv. it lacked english channels and any option to log into a streaming service. the mattress was like sleeping on the floor, so hard. i regret staying Here.

The breakfast here is great, and I especially enjoyed the japanese breakfast option! The shuttle bus was very useful. It took me to a point closer to the center. My room was large and clean, which I enjoyed.

Gluten-free food was unavailable on the first day, even if I had confirmation beforehand.

the service was excellent! the rooms were spacious and clean. we had four adults and found ample space for everyone. there were four beds, including two almost us full-size beds and two twin beds. the amenities and shuttle service were convenient, and everything was super.

all four restaurants offer amazing food. japanese, teppanyaki, cantonese, or the french-ish buffet are all excellent. lovely set courses are available for both lunch and dinner, too, and the lounge is relaxing with beautiful cakes.

the location is in a residential area, but it's walkable to the nearby imperial palace. taxis are consistently available for transportation. the hotel provides good amenities, for example, they replenish water, tea and coffee daily.
