amazing stay close to everything!

prime location daily refills helpful staff

i was thrilled with the proximity to kanda jr station and tokyo station! daily refills of sheets , towels , robes, and water bottles were super nice. the staff's english skills made everything easier , and i really liked the easily accessible outlets.

the only tiny issue was the early morning light because the curtains could have been better at blocking it all out.

i found so many food options nearby , and having free coffee available in the lobby was a major plus. the proximity to several restaurants meant i never had to go far for a good meal.

the staff were professional and also very helpful. they assisted with luggage and taxi arrangements to the tokyo taxi stand. i appreciated their knowledge and willingness to help with any questions i had .

my room was clean and had comfortable beds. i had a good-sized desk , so i could work there when i needed to. the hotel provided all the amenities i needed during my short stay.

convenient location hot drink machine fresh towels

i appreciated the hotel's location as it was near metro stations. the common areas had a hot drink machine and a microwave which was helpful. if i missed the cleaning, staff left fresh towels and water bottles on the door. extra pillows were available from reception.

the room was smaller than expected, not allowing enough space to open two bags fully. this was a slight inconvenience .

cold toilet small room

the hotel was located close to a station and other places, this was convenient.

the room was smaller than i thought it would be, it's very cramped. the toilet felt cold and the seat was not heated, unlike other hotels. i tried to use the air conditioning to warm the room, but it wasnt the same.
