Acceptable Location, Serious Cleanliness Issues

dead cockroach rude staff

The location was acceptable. It was close to a temple.

The cleanliness was a serious issue. I found a dead cockroach. It probably is still there, despite my report. I also found hair on the bedside tables and headboard. There was a lot of dust. The breakfast staff was also rude. The breakfast selection was mediocre.

tender sanctuary near temple

central location heartfelt kindness laundry services

i adored how close this hotel was to senso-ji temple it felt wonderfully central and easy to reach many sights. the staff welcomed everyone with heartfelt kindness i felt so cared for . the onsite laundry services were useful i appreciated being able to wash clothes.

the room felt small it posed a challenge for two people with luggage. it would be nice if there was more space to move around comfortably.
