Excellent stay at this hotel
central locationshort walkvaried menudirty glasses
i appreciate the hotel is in a central location. everything is within a short walk. the airport is nearby too. the restaurant features great food and the menu is varied.
i did noticed drinking glasses in the rooms were not very clean. tea cups werent replenished even though housekeeping came in. they changed towels only and didnt remake beds or tidy rooms.

Mediocre stay with issues

The location was fairly convenient. I found parking onsite easily enough.
The room itself left a lot to be desired, the tv NEVER really worked. I told the lady at the front desk and the security guy came. He said it needed a new cord, but the lady NEVER called back to check on me, so the tv remained useless. The staff seemed to have one person that always had an attitude.

I appreciated the quick walk to local shops. They allowed me to buy essential groceries. The proximity to bars proved convenient.. I found the onsite restaurant provided tasty food. I even picked a mango from the tree.

The restaurant food was good, a definite plus.
I encountered dirty sheets. This was unacceptable. The cleaning staff did not change them, they only straightened the bed. I EXPECT better for the price I paid.

Little Resort, Big Charm!

The lobby greet you with such a colorful, Jamaican living room feel. I really liked the pools. The smaller pool sits near the restaurant, serving American, Jamaican, and vegan dishes. The main pool really does replicate the ocean feel!
