mixed feelings about this stay
slow coffee replenishmentmissing bowls
I waited quite a while for coffee to be replenished at breakfast, it was over 15 minutes. there also weren't any bowls available for used spoons near the coffee and tea station. we tried to move tables because the sun was too direct, but staff asked us to pay the bill before we moved. I hadn't finished eating yet.

the staff was polite, so that was acceptable.
the pool water was murky. the breakfast buffet lacked fresh vegetables. also, only one lift was operational and the stairs to my floor were inaccessible.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel includes a café. The poolside restaurant offered prompt service. I found the staff pleasant, smiling, and courteous.
I experienced a slight delay in the coffee replenishment during breakfast.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The beds were comfortable. Rooms are spacious, new and well maintained by the cleaning ladies.

lovely scenerysea view
the location was great with lovely scenery. i saw a nice view of the sea from the premises.

The hotel was beautiful. lovely decor. the location is great. I enjoyed everything about my stay. staff were courteous and attentive.
I didn't like that there were no floor mats in the bathroom or room. there also weren't any hand towels in the coffee area for spills. breakfast was expensive and lacked variety. It did not even include cheese

efficient check-inmodern equipmentattentive staff
i appreciated the efficient check-in process it was very smooth i settled in quickly without any problems the gym had modern equipment it included several treadmills and stationary bikes the staff at the restaurant helped me quickly they were attentive to my needs.
the air conditioning unit was somewhat difficult to adjust properly.
