I appreciated the direct access to doctor's cave beach and the complimentary passes provided by the hotel, it added significant value to my stay. the all inclusive package simplified my experience. I did not worry about additional costs for meals and drinks. The staff displayed friendliness. Their attentiveness contributed positively to the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The availability of coffee was limited because it was only accessible during restaurant hours. This required navigating through the restaurant each time i wanted a cup. the coffee device should be available to the guests all day

The staff at the front desk was polite and informative. the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated the tour and guide office, sherena greeted me with a warm smile. dinner exceeded my expectations. Crystal and the restaurant staff were courteous and helpful.

the hotel does not have an elevator, which could be a challenge for some guests with luggage or mobility issues.

the hotel is conveniently located near shops. it is also situated directly across from the beach, providing easy access. an atm and starbucks are within walking distance (making it easy to get coffee or handle cash needs).

The hotel staff was helpful . Free access to Doctor's Cave Beach across the street was included, I found this very convenient. The karaoke was a great addition to the evenings and made for a fun atmosphere. I liked the variety of lounge areas, they gave guests space to relax outside of their rooms.

The gym facilities could use updating. I found the equipment quite old.

The food was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed the jerk chicken station. The access to Doctor's Cave Beach across the street made beach trips EASY. The staff were attentive. Loretta's entertainment activities were great.
