The main Dining Room, called Bamboo Terrace, features bamboo furnishings and a 24-hour bar with drinks and homemade treats. The Gazebo serves Jamaican breakfasts, including banana pancakes, omelettes, steamed callaloo with scotch bonnet pepper, ackee & saltfish, fried dumplings, and bammy, plus fresh juices and smoothies. Private cave dining is available at Moonbeam and Seastar, offering a five-course meal. The property also features a roof-terrace restaurant downstairs from the lounge/bar.
