limited selection outdoor pool

The breakfast service disappointed me. nobody informed me about the option to order hot food from the kitchen. The staff also did not mention coffee was available upon request. the limited selection and clearly frozen hot food dampened my enthusiasm, a surprising letdown considering the hotel's supposed caliber. the outdoor facilities also had issues, specifically pigeons bathing in the swimming pool. no staff seemed concerned, so i avoided it entirely. it marred my experience. such a shame.
