the staff was very attentive . the spa facilities are very nice, alongside the gym and pool. i found everything i needed readily available. i was lucky to stay in a beautiful river view room and it offered such a great view.

i noticed a lack of overhead lighting in the room. it. i hope this is something they can address to improve the ambiance.

The staff was very attentive and professional. I especially appreciated patricia's care, even finding me outside to assist. the rooftop pool offered great views. the spa treatments by cátia and melissa were a highlight. i enjoyed cocktails and portuguese cuisine at the restaurant. The waiter from rhode island was very knowledgeable.

it's difficult to leave this hotel to enjoy activities outside.
