a decent stay, a few drawbacks

metro station good breakfast working air conditioning poor soundproofing no fridge unreliable elevator

The hotel is near the metro station. this made moving around easy. the breakfast was good. They had hot food and pastries. the room had air conditioning and a tv.

the sound proofing was not good. i heard street noise from my room. the room didn't have a fridge. the elevator was not working sometimes. i was on the sixth floor, so carrying luggage was difficult.

the metro station was very close. i found a grocery store nearby, it was convenient. the hotel has the conveniences you need. good breakfast had hot food and pastries.

the bathroom door doesnt lock properly. it slides open at times.

the room was spacious it was also very clean the hotel is close to the trindade metro station i could easily access transportation i appreciated the staff allowing me to store my luggage before check-in they were very helpful

the soundproofing was not great i could hear traffic from the road the noise was constant this impacted my rest

the staff provided useful information about the city they told me about interesting things that were happening i also received assistance in finding transportation to the airport the staff members were attentive and available.

mixed feelings about my stay

room cleanliness cigarette smell

the hotel was in a pretty good spot, especially for getting around to different places.

The room was like it needed a good scrub. I found some hairs in the shower. also, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it definitely smelled like someone had been lighting up cigarettes in there. i asked about movin' to a different room, but never heard back, a bit of a letdown. plus, for some reason, they replied in portuguese

The hotel was very clean and had all the basic facilities i needed for a few nights. the location was convenient. I appreciated being near the metro station. i also found several good restaurants nearby. storing my luggage after checkout was a big plus.

The walls seemed rather thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway.
