Individual Rooms
Tigh na Sgiath Country House features eight uniquely decorated bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV and complimentary mineral water. Ballindalloch, a master bedroom on the first floor, includes a turret seating area with views overlooking the Cairngorm Mountains and a Bette style hydro bath/shower with underwater lighting and underfloor heating. Cromdale, a superior first-floor bedroom, has a Queen Anne Four Poster Bed and an original Art Deco bathroom with a roll top bath/shower. Tulchan, another superior first-floor bedroom, has a Queen Anne Four Poster Bed and overlooks the gardens and red squirrel feeding box. Speanoch, a superior bedroom, overlooks the woodlands and red squirrel boxes. Lochindorb, located on the second floor, has a cottage-style theme with comfortable arm chairs and a king size bed. Craggan features a Canadian Style Sleigh King Size Bed with views overlooking the Cairngorm and Cromdale mountains; it has a wash basin and a private bathroom with a bath, shower, WC, basin, and heated towel rail. Nethy, on the second floor, offers a Super King Bed or Twin Beds and a double sofa which can convert into a sofa bed. Rothes, also on the second floor, features a king size bed and a private bathroom with a free-standing cast iron bath.
Breakfast and Teas
Breakfast is served in the Morning Room, which has views overlooking the gardens and red squirrel box, from 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM; earlier or later times can be arranged. The varied menu includes a Full Cooked Scottish breakfast, fruit, and vegetarian options. Guests can choose from fruit juices, cereals, yogurts, porridge, and a selection of teas and fresh coffee. Continental breakfast trays are also available. Afternoon Tea is served from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and features an array of sandwiches, scones, pastries such as choux pastry buns filled with fresh strawberries, and cakes, accompanied by a selection of over 30 herbal teas. Note: Any bread or breaded products may contain nuts, sesame seeds, or poppy seeds due to cross-contamination during baking.

Tigh na Sgiath is located within the Cairngorm National Park. Outdoor activities such as fishing, bird watching, and walking are available. Nearby attractions include the Cairngorm Reindeer Herd and the Malt Whisky Trail, with distilleries within 20 minutes of the hotel. Guests can also visit castles, historic sites, and Culloden Battlefield. For travel, from the South, take the A9 North from Perth to Aviemore.
