friendly staff perfect location
the staff were SO nice when i checked in! they helped me with my bags, and all the staff spoke english very well! the hotel location was amazing i could see the eiffel tower walking out the door. there are plenty of restaurants nearby too!
i could not find any elevators in the building so i did have to walk a lot of stairs!

Staff members always seemed ready to help and spoke several languages, so communication was simple. They offered help with luggage and gave recommendations for restaurants nearby, very thoughtful.

The lounge area included water and coffee. I really enjoyed the coffee in the mornings! i spent a good amount of time in this area, and it was always clean and quiet, perfect for winding down.

small auxiliary heater cold room
The room had ample space. The location worked, with many landmarks in walking distance.
I had issues with the heating in my room. It did not work, they only provided a small auxiliary heater. the room got very cold. It was hard for them to make it warm.
