Really good Hotel Experience!

The hotel is near the train station. It made commuting easy. I noticed very clean common areas. The staff kept everything immaculate! The breakfast buffet impressed me with its diverse, delicious food choices. There were many options. Early check-out was smooth because the staff helped me quickly.

I found no bottle opener in the room to use with the mini bar bottles.

The room had an espresso machine, but I did not find instructions for using it. The room felt very comfortable and quiet. I rested very well there.

The receptionists were professional and kind, especially the morning supervisor. Amin, who works at night, was also very helpful. The team enhanced the stay! All of the staff were very amiable and serving.

Inconsistent Experience

Breakfast service lacked organization. Staff looked stressed which impacted the dining atmosphere. I found it difficult to relax. The plumbing in the bathroom was flawed. The sink drained slowly and flushing the toilet affected the shower's water temperature. This is unexpected in a modern hotel. These issues detracted from the overall quality of my stay.
