The accessible rooms include roll-in showers, accessible wash basins, adapted bathrooms, accessible bathing controls, accessible toilets and adapted doors. Each room is equipped with a 49-inch HDTV, Wi-Fi, and local art. Additional amenities, such as mini-fridges, irons, ironing boards, and luggage racks, can be requested from the front desk.

Ben Paris is the onsite restaurant, located at the corner of 2nd and Pike. It offers food, wines, and craft beers. Single-use menus are available at check-in for room service.
