The on-site restaurant, Saffron Bar and Grill, serves American, Indian, and Mediterranean cuisine. Specialties include mango chicken curry and tandoori kebabs, as well as traditional favorites such as fettuccine alfredo and burgers and fries. From old favorites like Fish & Chips and Prime Rib Dip. The restaurant offers bottled beers from around the world, Northwest wines, and an international selection of beers on tap including Guinness and Kingfisher. Guests enjoy complimentary hot breakfast in the newly renovated Connections Cafe, the Hotel Nexus private breakfast room.

Guests can spend a day shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlet mall in Tulalip, 35 minutes from the hotel.
