The Sparhawk Oceanfront Resort has 89 guest rooms in four buildings: Sparhawk Oceanfront, Ireland House, Barbara Dean, and Jacob's House. Ireland House features one-room suites with two queen beds, a writing desk, a television, a love seat, and chairs. The Barbara Dean building offers suites with either a king room facing the sea or two queens with a sitting area; the third-floor apartment has one bedroom with a water view. Jacob's House includes single-room king suites, one and two-bedroom suites, and a two-bedroom duplex with a full kitchen.
