Excellent Ski-In and Ski-Out Location

The location was amazing (right by the gondolas). We stayed in a suite in building 2. It had new, modern facilities and space for the family. There were also free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the reception, a nice touch. My children liked the swimming pool, especially after activities.

Finding a parking spot proved challenging due to the garage being open to everyone, making it difficult to locate an available space.

Our suite featured comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms with two baths. The living area and kitchen offered everything needed for self-catering. We utilized these amenities. The room service was really great and provided everything that we needed.

The resort included a swimming pool with saunas, which my kids enjoyed after outdoor activities (they were really happy). The fitness center had a range of equipment. It had 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. There were also several dining options available.

I enjoyed the heated bathroom floors. complimentary coffee, tea, and water were available in the lobby. ski lockers were very convenient. i also appreciated the hot tubs, saunas, heated pool, and shuttle passes to get into town. the hotel location right at the resort was excellent. I valued that.

check-in was a bit disorganized. i arrived slightly before the official check-in time. dropping off baggage wasn't allowed. finding my way to the room was like navigating a maze. clearer signage would improve the experience.

The restaurant offered great food and cocktails. i had a hot toddy suggested by the waitress. It really helped soothe my throat. the service was really good there and i enjoyed my meal.

The floor heat in the bathrooms did not work properly. An engineer came, but he did not fix it. Housekeeping did not come regularly.. their cleaning was cursory at best. I would hesitate to stay here again.
