Mixed Feelings About This Stay
firm bedlimited hours
My stay had a couple of downsides. The bed was TOO firm, leading to restless nights. the limited hours for the pool and gym felt quite restrictive. They closed too early for my liking. I definitely wanted more flexibility .

thai costumespatient staffdecorated areas
i found the staff cute and helpful. they provided thai traditional costumes to wear and take pictures in the decorated areas. may and mai were very patient and assisted with dressing (i enjoyed this personal touch!).
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. It remained quite cold even on fan mode.

the staff was helpful and smiling. the hotel is nicely designed and located on a quieter street. welcome drinks were a great touch.

The pillows were indeed soft, much to my dismay. I even requested a firmer one, but it was still too plush for my taste. The bathroom's floor drain proved problematic, with water accumulating during showers and slow to empty. Housekeeping seemed to have a unique approach to worn bathrobes and pyjamas. They folded them neatly instead of replacing them with fresh ones. This meant I had to request new ones, which I found a tad inconvenient.

The staff were friendly. The gym included a treadmill and several weights. The breakfast featured both Thai and continental options! -. There were skilled baristas brewing coffee.

The hotel's location proved very convenient. It was a short walk to the skytrain station. A convenience store was also nearby. This made quick errands quite simple. I also found the staff helpful and friendly. They assisted with directions and recommendations readily. The room service was quick and the food tasted great.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures.

The room included complimentary drinking water. It also featured modern decor. I found the room to be very spacious, which worked very well for our family.

The rooftop pool offered great views of the city. There were ample loungers available. The fitness center provided a selection of equipment including treadmills and weights and it was all properly maintained.

The front desk was efficient at check-in and check-out, and provided useful information about local attractions. The staff offered assistance with luggage storage. The concierge was knowledgeable about transportation options.
