the staff was kind and helpful . they provided information when i asked.
the room i was assigned was quite small, and the bathroom felt cramped. the shower did not have a full enclosure, so water splashed easily. also, there was noticeable noise from the street early in the morning, disrupting my sleep.

the rooms were gorgeous. they were very roomy with everything that i needed and very clean. i loved the nespresso machine!!! the lounge was beautiful and the coffee was good. the staff were all super helpful and cute.
i think the location could be better, the hotel is a half hour walk from the downtown area and public transport isn't much quicker.
