Highlights

Dining: Great British Food & extensive grill menu

Rooms: variety of en-suite singles, doubles, twins, and family rooms

Location: West Haddon and commercial sites at Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal

Family Amenities: extensive young person's menu and toddler's special offer

“This inn presents a mixed picture; while some appreciate the attentive service and spacious rooms, experiences with the food seem inconsistent, particularly regarding the value and freshness of ingredients. Its 40-year history suggests a place deeply rooted in the community, though recent feedback indicates a need for renewed attention to the dining experience. For those prioritizing a convenient location and family-friendly environment, it might still hold appeal, but potential diners should consider recent reports.”

Solid stay at the Inn!

friendly staffconvenient locationvarious optionsspacious room
I found friendly staff, and they were always happy to help. The breakfast was a standout, it had many options. The hotel location was convenient for what I needed and the room was clean, spacious.
The room did show some minor wear, like the carpet needing a small repair.

The breakfast was fresh. It was cooked for the table.
The television remote worked intermittently. The shower had poor water flow. I was told the flow was affected by other guests using showers.
