the staff were especially helpful and friendly. the room was very comfy and tidy, i found the bed really comfortable. the food was great with generous portions.

The room felt stuffy. It was probably close to 30 degrees. the bathroom was like a sauna, i couldn't turn off the blazing hot heater without shutting off the fuse. parking cost an extra ten pounds a night. it lacked savory toppings and hot options. the coffee tasted like something else entirely, maybe weak cocoa. also, dinner at the hotel wasn't great. hygiene in the bathroom could improve.

the room was spacious and very clean i found a lot of tea coffee and hot chocolate sachets available the milk was kept in a fridge in the room i was happy to find parking was easy the location was also easy to find. the staff were friendly and efficient i thought the restaurant food was of a good standard. i booked the sunday carvery in advance they offered three different plate sizes. the staff was helpful and supportive
