superb facilities high standards

my visit was highlighted by superb facilities i found clean and luxurious. the staff demonstrated excellence particularly samer i found as floor manager. ali and luz also contributed significantly to my restaurant experiences. i definitely plan to return given these high standards were met.

The heated pools on both sides were a delight. I found the pristine pool area very inviting. our suite included a washing machine. It proved invaluable . breakfast was especially nice thanks to anjalika & mariem. They were lovely.

i noticed some dust in certain areas though the cleanliness was generally high, this small detail could be improved.

room upgrade spa facilities spacious apartment

the reception staff were professional and cute. we were given a complimentary room upgrade which we appreciated. the spa facilities include a swimming pool with comfortably warm water. the apartment is spacious and has a pleasant view. the kitchen includes all necessary equipment.

the coffee machine in my room was not working. also, european travellers must bring a plug adapter. the hotel did not have any available.

The hotel was very clean and modern. I found the pool area especially beautiful with its bay view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Luz and Ali, during breakfast and near the pool. I appreciated how large the room was, it included two big bedrooms plus a living and kitchen area. The balcony views of the sea were Fine.

dressing gowns bedroom slippers pretty location

the bedroom included dressing gowns. slippers was also available making things easier. i found the location pretty good. breakfast was beautiful and plentiful.

the elevators were slow. room service was late at night. i found prices too expensive.
