the hotel is very near to a shopping mall, convenient for quick trips. all hotel staff members were very polite and helpful , especially kate and hafsa at the front desk. the rooms are spacious and well-kept, perfect for families wanting a comfortable experience. my family and i were particularly pleased with the delicious food options, especially the sandwiches and burgers.

the rooftop swimming pool offers a pristine area for relaxation and recreation, providing an really good experience, especially with its well-kept cleanliness. a convenient carwash service located in the basement of the hotel saved me time after a long journey. access to downstairs restaurants added to the hotel's convenience.

the staff were very accommodating and greeted us with warm smiles, providing excellent support and helping with all our needs. they even helped with a surprise for my son's birthday, arranged balloons, a very kind gesture. the hotel staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
