Andrew provided great service. The hotel boasts a lovely and bright lounge. It has a great view of the sea and pier. We received a room upgrade with a sea view.

The shower head was very old. It needed a new head. The hair dryer in my room didn't work.

andrew was a perfect host, very friendly and helpful. he gave great recommendations! the location was great, allowing quick access to nearby shops and the pier. the breakfast choice was very good, and the food kept me going for hours.

Andrew and his team were amazing! Breakfast was delicious. There was a good selection of items to choose. The room contained everything I needed it was also very clean. I will definitely return here when I come back.

The hairdryer did not work at all I needed one. I think the shower head needs replacement it looked very old.
