okay. i guess.

unstable temperature inflexible setup

the shower. it was a real challenge to get the temperature right! it swung wildly between freezing and scalding. the breakfast setup felt a bit too rigid. i pre-ordered, then ate at a set time, it felt oddly inflexible.

The staff was indeed lovely and helpful! melanie was a ray of sunshine, really. nothing was too much trouble for her, which i appreciated. the breakfast was very complete. It was well cooked and generous, i felt so well fed.

the mirror in our room hadn't been cleaned for a while i would say.

The double room ensuite bath sea view provided ample space and comfort. It included all necessary amenities! the bed linen felt fresh and clean, a detail that really stood out. the sea view was a bonus i thoroughly enjoyed.

The b&b was directly on the seafront. That provided easy access to walks and beautiful views! free parking was literally outside. It made travel so much easier. it was a mile to the pier. I managed to enjoy it.

The breakfast was very good and well served. The options catered to various tastes. plenty of choice was available. Cereal, fruit juice, yogurt, and a cooked breakfast were offered! tea and good quality coffee were also available, a treat.

Staff were lovely. They were helpful at all times and very organised! mel who served breakfast each day was great. She clearly loves her job. the owner andrew came for a chat each morning too. That was nice.
