mixed feelings about this stay

clean roomthin wallsdisruptive noise
the room was clean. the bed provided adequate comfort.
I found the noise to be quite disruptive. The thin walls allowed me to hear loud music and yelling from other guests late into the night. the lack of on-site staff also added to a sense of disquiet.

check in was very easy. instructions were clear when they were given. the room was clean. the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! tea and coffee were available in the communal area.
I was super confused by the staff situation. There seemed to be zero staff present. i heard loud music through the walls all day up to 11pm followed by yelling, the walls are very thin! i'm glad i had my headphones. the windows totally needed fixing. I was sleeping in my coat.

mixed feelings about my stay

noise issuemissing towel
the noise was a real issue. i could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. this made sleeping difficult and ruined any chance of relaxation. also, i never received the bath towel i requested. there was also some tobacco in the drawer, which wasn't pleasant.

The room included a smart TV with Netflix. I also liked the tea urn and microwave in Tony's café (this was a nice bonus). The hand entry system worked very well.
The heat inside was intense. The sealed window made it worse and I was like I couldn't control my asthma. I also found no coat hangers in the room.
