kind staff prompt valet service monument room helpful staff
i enjoyed my time at this hotel! the location is fantastic, near lots of things. i found the staff quite kind and helpful! the valet service was prompt, especially kecha and tecle, they always greeted me with a smile. the monument room upgrade was definitely appreciated!
The tvs were a bit older. I noticed they did not support phone casting, and streaming services were unavailable. it was strictly cable, a little inconvenient for my streaming needs.

The hotel's location offers great access to adams morgan for dining and nightlife. It's also convenient to reach other parts of the city. several bus stops are within a short walk, which i appreciated.

i found the food to be well-prepared with options for both vegans and vegetarians. the room service was quite fast. the cafe offers coffee and bites, a convenient spot before heading out for the day. the lobby bar is also amazing.

the rooms are spacious and each one is uniquely decorated, offering something different from typical hotel rooms. my monument corner king offered a great view, a very nice touch. the bathroom had a great shower.

central location convenient coffee rock creek park
The location was quite central. It was pretty walkable to many areas. proximity to rock creek park allowed for nice hikes, and i even walked to georgetown. the coffee shop in the lobby was convenient, and the coffee was good.
The towels in my room had frayed edges. It. was a small detail, but noticeable.
