broken elevator malfunctioning keycard
The location was pretty good. It was close to many places I wanted to see.
The elevators were a real issue. Only one elevator worked for the entire building that has ten floors. My keycard also didn't work the first time and I had to go back downstairs.

Great Spot Near Dupont Circle

The hotel is near restaurants and museums. The rooms were recently updated and felt modern. The front desk service was helpful. The hotel provided a cocktail during happy hour, a plus.
I noticed a resort fee added to my bill upon arrival. The hotel did not appear to have many amenities for that fee. The gym was very small and had limited equipment. It felt more like a standard hotel than a resort.

I appreciated the restaurant which accommodated a gluten-free diet. I found the restaurant to be clean, quiet and the personnel to be friendly. I also appreciated that it had a wide variety of meal options.

The staff provided clear information regarding the area. The reception staff helped me with luggage. I appreciated the overall support I was given by the staff at this great hotel.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was large. I also noted the convenience of a water station on my floor. This was a benefit. I enjoyed having access to filtered water and sparkling water at all times.
