the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel is very clean throughout. i appreciated the convenient location with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. (i could easily grab a quick bite).

i noticed a very slight smell in the stairs between the towers.

The location was GREAT!!! The ground floor restaurant had very good food. The K Lounge offered a superb atmosphere with wonderful service.

The window in my room was a little dusty on the outside.
