There are also nine two- and three-bedroom townhouses located along a treelined path. The LL Bean Guest House sleeps up to nine guests and features outdoor-inspired artwork, classic USA-made furniture, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a dining room, a family room, and a sun porch. Rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite television, free parking, access to the heated indoor pool and fitness center, and afternoon tea. Refrigerators are available upon request. One townhouse has two bathrooms, one on each floor.

The Maine Harvest Restaurant and the Broad Arrow Tavern offer foods made with locally grown ingredients. The Broad Arrow Tavern serves award-winning lunch and dinner daily. Porter Kitchen + Bar serves breakfast daily from 7am-10am and lunch and dinner Sunday through Thursday from 11:30am-8pm, Friday & Saturday 11:30am-9pm. There is also a local brewery that includes a tasting room featuring a range of beers on tap, including several brewery-only releases, pizza from their wood-fired oven, salad and charcuterie.
