the room was quite spacious. i booked a room with a large bed and two twin beds. the staff seemed courteous and helpful. the fourth level has a glass bridge that connects you to the indoor heated pool.
the stairwell lighting was not working adequately, i thought.

the hotel has an indoor heated pool and a gym. there is also a kids' corner available for families with young children. the hotel maintains the outside of the resort very well, and the rooms are well-furnished.

the location is great, and the views are amazing from certain points. the hotel is situated in the misty hills, which provides a soothing backdrop. the hotel is close to a tea plantation, very scenic.

the buffet offered much variety for my meals. i found the food to be of excellent quality. the hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help which i appreciated. the location provided beautiful scenery with mountains and green fields.
i noticed that some areas require a buggy service, and sometimes there were delays in waiting for a driver.

the gym had three treadmills. it also featured two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet included various breads. i also noticed fresh fruit juices offered each morning. the staff kindly provided takeaway containers for lunch items.
the telephone in my room did not work. this made contacting reception slightly inconvenient.
