The Farmington Inn features 72 rooms and suites with Federal blue and ivory decor, period antiques, and artwork. Rooms offer a choice of a king bed, a queen bed, or two double beds. Amenities in all rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, a 42-inch flat-screen HDTV with cable channels, an in-room safe, a coffeemaker, and an iron with ironing board. Suites add a separate sitting area, and some have pullout sofas.
Dining at The Inn
Victoria's Café serves a complimentary hot breakfast featuring sausage, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, golden malted waffles, home-made muffins, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, cereals, coffees, and teas. For lunch and dinner, guests can order room service from Piccolo Arancio, a restaurant next to the Inn. Piccolo Arancio has received the Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" for five years.
Leisure Facilities
Guests have access to the Avon Old Farms Hotel outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) with food and alcohol service. The Farmington Inn has a 24-hour fitness center with a bike, treadmill, universal machine, and dumbbells. In-room massage from Zeel Massage is available with advance scheduling.
