the location allows walking to various restaurants and shops. i could take a short bus ride after a walk to reach the water. boat tours at the lake were excellent.

the heating in the hotel seemed unadjustable (during a cold spell). the staff seemed very busy. the barman sometimes looked 'short' with customers.

The noise from the pub below was pretty intense, lasting until late. i barely slept. the room wasn't super clean. I noticed some cobwebs and debris on the carpet. also the bed sloped outwards, odd.

the breakfast menu catered for gluten free options. the staff were friendly and helpful. i enjoyed a drink in the beer garden, it offered a relaxed atmosphere. the location is just around the corner from the station.

the room i stayed in did not reflect the pictures online. the furniture was shoddy and the carpets felt dirty. also, there weren't any tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel's location is quite good due to its proximity to the rail and bus stations. It made travel convenient. Breakfast had good quality. The bathroom was large. It was also super clean and cozy to use.

There were no large towels in the room. Only hand towels were available. I also found no decaf coffee. A lot of noise came from the pub restaurant. Music played until late, and talking afterward made sleep difficult.

I arrived early. They let me leave my bags. later, i found my bags taken to my room. the room was clean and suited my needs for two nights. breakfast began at a reasonable hour. I found many options, even gluten-free ones. the staff were friendly and ready to assist.

the heating system did not seem adjusted during a brief cold spell. it was a minor issue.
