The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the park and easily accessible public transport. Check-in was simple and the staff was cute. I found great value for the money spent.

the location worked well with easy access to public transportation and the park nearby. check-in was quick. the front desk team was polite. i was able to store my luggage before check-in (that was helpful!).

the bathroom wasn't properly checked, as the towels i left to be changed remained in place.

I was grateful that the location was very convenient to access nearby attractions. The hotel was close to public transportation. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I did appreciate their assistance with directions.

Unfortunately the room was somewhat run down. I noticed stains on the walls. Some of the chairs were broken. No daily cleaning services were done , it was a dissapointment.

The check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff demonstrated professionalism and warmth. My room had sufficient cooling, a major plus considering the weather. I found its price to be quite reasonable too.

The stairs, while manageable for me, did present a challenge because there wasn't a lift.

fantastic bedearly check inluggage option

the bed was fantastic it gave excellent support. the early check in was helpful it allowed me to settle quickly. i appreciated the option to leave my luggage after checking out this was convenient for my travel plans.

the bathroom seemed like it needed a very deep clean.
