stained coffee marksunsafe entry

I found cobwebs in the room. This indicated a lack of deep cleaning. the cups provided for coffee were not clean. They had stained coffee marks at the bottom. there was also hair in the shower before i even used it. the entry way at night felt unsafe. It was pitch black inside an alley way.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were very spacious!!! the location was great for visiting nearby attractions. check-in was straightforward because the instructions were clear and easy to follow. i found my room decor very stylish!

The mattress was too soft. It's definitely a personal preference thing though.

i enjoyed the gluten-free options they provide they even had gluten-free cereals for us two guests i found fresh milk and yogurts in the fridge the rooms were very spacious and well decorated too the famous 'parmo' was available gluten-free. i ate in the pub and the food was excellent especially with my allergies. the beds were comfortable i slept like a baby.

i noticed cobwebs in the room this suggested a lack of deep cleaning i also found dirty coffee cups with stained marks at the bottom this was a bit disappointing
