the staff was friendly and helpful . i found the location very convenient, especially its proximity to the supermarket. the patrons also contributed to my fundraising bike ride, which i greatly appreciated.

the customer car parking was a bit confusing initially. it required some maneuvering to find the designated spots.

the food was freshly prepared to order, and the chef went out of his way to assist. he even went to the shop next door to buy brown sauce for my fish and chips. this level of service was really good.

the staff was very friendly, and i appreciated their willingness to help with my bag. the central location was very convenient, especially being right next to the supermarket. i found good value for the money, and the room had everything i needed.

the room was a bit chilly. i inquired about the heating schedule. i was informed it would activate at 7:30 pm, but it didn't turn on that evening or the next morning.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I needed a taxi and they booked it for me on a busy night. My room was quite basic. I found the bed comfortable and I slept well. The shower room was small, but nice.

The music from the bar downstairs was very loud. Patrons were shouting from below my window until 3 AM. That was really annoying. I had to shut the windows, though the night was humid.
