Guests often appreciate the delicious and homemade food served at the village pub, particularly enjoying the extensive choices from the specials board and the real ale. The cosy rooms sometimes get comments about being small, yet they come equipped with nice touches like hot chocolate on the drinks tray, and the beds and pillows are very comfy. The free car parking opposite is appreciated, and the location allows for magical views of the stars due to Cawston's minimal street lighting. Breakfast is a highlight for many.

Acceptable Stay with Issues

good breakfastcramped roomeasily moved bed
The breakfast was quite good.
The room felt cramped. When I opened the door, it nearly hit the bed. The bathroom was also quite small. I could sit on the toilet with my feet in the shower. The room could benefit from a refurbishment, as the bed moved too easily.
