Sharon at the front desk was an absolute delight! She was helpful and so kind. The hotel was very clean and properly decorated with style and meaning, giving the room a boutique feel. All staff were beyond helpful, from check-in to check-out. The young woman at breakfast even were very good too help me.

The rooms are a bit noisy! I could hear some street noise.

The hotel location in the city center is convenient. I appreciated the building's character. The breakfast offered many locally sourced products. The staff was most helpful. Complimentary tea and coffee are available in the parlor.. the complimentary chocolates are a nice touch. I found the gym was the best I have seen outside a dedicated fitness club.

I noticed slight noise from neighboring rooms. Sound insulation can be challenging in older buildings. This is a minor point, though.
