the beds were old and not comfortable even with a topper. i complained, but i'm not sure if they will be replaced. the hotel should replace the beds.

i found a room with a balcony. this offered a lovely view of the massive pool area. the breakfast was good with fresh congee, soup noodles, and eggs all made to order. the staff was always ready with a smile, assisting with luggage and answering all my questions.

the gym equipment looked a little outdated, but it was functional enough for a basic workout.

the hotel location on north road meant it was quiet. the pool area is extensive with spa nooks. a shopping center is across the road (terminal 21) and provides convenience. our room was cleaned daily and the staff provided quick service.

the pool is long and designed well, with one half at 1.5m depth, sloping to a shallow, toddler-friendly zone that is fenced off for safety. gardens are well maintained and add to the tranquil feel of the whole place.
