fantastic suite and amazing service
suite upgrade welcome drink helpful manager
jacky, the duty manager, helped a lot during check-in he gave eating place recommendations. he even upgraded our room to a suite. there was a welcome drink and snack from 1-4pm on the second floor the place looked like a cute cafe. bank helped us carry our luggage and communicate with our van driver i really appreciated that.
i found that the hotel was very crowded and sometimes noisy which slightly detracted from the overall experience.

the hotel features a swimming pool and a gym it provides opportunities for recreation and exercise. the pool area includes sun loungers. guests can maintain their fitness routine with available equipment.

the staff members were helpful they assisted with luggage and communication making the stay smoother. jacky, the duty manager, offered personalized recommendations and room upgrades. their attentiveness contributed positively to the experience

our suite included two bedrooms a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower. the suite also featured a family room and a balcony the bed was very comfortable. the room was well decorated and spacious.

the hotel is near the beach and alcazar show this location offers easy access to entertainment and the shoreline. nearby amenities and attractions are within convenient reach. i liked that is was close to many things.

breakfast offered several choices and the food was delicious. there was a complimentary afternoon tea with snacks and drinks available from 1-4pm. coffee orders were also accommodated i thought that was a nice touch.
