The room was quite small. I also found a stain on the carpet (it was near the bed). My room overlooked a wall, so I did not have much of a view. Water leaked from under the shower door. These issues affected my stay.

I found communication excellent. The door entry system proved easy to navigate, and key collection simple. the room included a microwave, fridge. tea and coffee facilities, which i valued. the location's closeness to the city centre further enhanced my stay.

The dated decor was noticeable. The tv wasn't mounted straight, needing me to watch at an angle
