small room stained carpet

The room was quite small. I also found a stain on the carpet (it was near the bed). My room overlooked a wall, so I did not have much of a view. Water leaked from under the shower door. These issues affected my stay.

the ensuite room was very good. it had a fridge and microwave too. the bed was really comfortable.

the shower water took some minutes to warm up. the curtain was not fixed properly.

I found communication excellent. The door entry system proved easy to navigate, and key collection simple. the room included a microwave, fridge. tea and coffee facilities, which i valued. the location's closeness to the city centre further enhanced my stay.

The dated decor was noticeable. The tv wasn't mounted straight, needing me to watch at an angle

easy self-check-in room equipment

i appreciated the microwave, dishes, and fridge in the room (it really saved me money). self-check-in was easy with clear instructions (no staff on site).
