the location was acceptable, close to the bus station, made getting around convenient.

The room i received was not what i expected. it felt dated and worn, definitely not matching the pictures online. also, getting fresh towels was a hassle. I was told they were out and i had to wait until the next day. it's frustrating to deal with such basic issues during a vacation.

Soraya and adrian at the front desk were particularly helpful, assisting with marina bookings and shopping advice. the staff maintained a very clean hotel. That impressed me. the diverse food options allowed me to find something to my taste.
