Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Guests frequently mention the hotel's excellent location for exploring the Uists, being conveniently situated for the ferry and airport, and close to Baleshire beach. Many highlight the stunning sea views from the dining area and sunroom, creating a lovely atmosphere for meals. The rooms are consistently described as clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with some noting they are spacious. The food receives high praise, with guests enjoying breakfast made to order with local fresh produce and dinners featuring homemade style cooking, generous portions, and good vegetarian/vegan options. Some guests have noticed that the menu had not been updated by the new owners and occasionally experienced rudeness when making special requests, such as for poached eggs.
