free bicycles exquisite level friendly staff
The free bicycles was handy. I used one to visit the nearby Mua Caves. The restaurant took Vietnamese cuisine to a exquisite level. Staff were discrete but friendly.
The bar cups looks dangerous because they was broken.
The staff were helpful. Our Mountain Veranda Chamber featured Sino-East Asian decor. The king bed offered comfortable sleep with clean linens. I found the WiFi connection reliable throughout the hotel grounds (even near the lily ponds!).
The power lines obstructed the mountain view from my veranda.

outdoor terrace rice fields mosquito nets
My Beautiful Tonkin Garden Bungalow had this amazing outdoor terrace. It had views of the rice fields nearby. The staff provided mosquito nets each night, how great is that. The breakfast included lots of dishes. Local and western choices!
The roads around the hotel could use some better signs. I got lost once.
