Rooms and Bungalows

The Tamarind Tree Hotel has 15 rooms, each with ceiling fans. Some rooms have balconies. All rooms allow for a third bed or a baby bed; two cribs are available. Six Standard Rooms are located on the first floor. The three self-contained bungalows include a fully equipped kitchen and a large open living area with a deck on the top floor. The bottom floor contains two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom-one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin-size beds. Extra beds are available in bungalows. Bungalow guests have full access to hotel facilities, including the pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, and bar.

Dining with Caribbean Views

The Tamarind Tree Restaurant is an octagonal building with open sides that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. It accommodates 30 people and offers al fresco dining. The kitchen prepares local Creole and international dishes using fresh local ingredients. The menu includes appetizers, snacks, salads, and desserts. Main dishes include chicken, fish, red meat (pork, beef), or vegetarian options, plus two side dishes and dessert. Lunch is served à la carte during the winter season and on request during the summer season. All meals are served at the restaurant. Guests can have a buffet or continental breakfast.

Pool, Jacuzzi, Activities

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool with a shallow area for small children. Umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided. A separate jacuzzi accommodates up to four people. Melville Hall Airport is a 1 hour and 15-minute drive to the northeast. Salisbury Beach is a 15-minute walk. Salton Waterfalls are 3.5 km away.
