the staff's friendliness and efficiency really stood out to me. chef ravi even prepared a special biryani not on the menu. ms jashmin, the front manager, offered helpful support at every point . i felt cared for.
the wine list was not current, a minor disappointment when i was trying to select a bottle.

i found a charming colonial atmosphere with subtle hues and professional staff. the dining experience at the verandah was divine, thanks to the great chefs and courteous team. i appreciated the personalized service at the verandah, especially from the cute staff members. the hotel has great ambience and a walking track. i relished every moment.
The limited window view in my room felt a bit enclosed. It affected the room's ambiance a little.

I appreciated the excellent service i received. ms. shakshi at the counter was very well-mannered and polite. She helped make my check-in and check-out smooth. i also enjoyed the heritage hotel tour, it was informative.
the lack of information about a complimentary fruit platter was noticeable, i had to request it. additionally, i found the pool area had mosquitoes, also ants were present on the resting chairs.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

I encountered a couple of issues . My room had a distinct musty odor that lingered throughout my stay. Not something I'd expect. The shower drain was also quite slow and water pooled around my feet, unpleasant. I reported both to the front desk, but the problems were not resolved before I left.
